§ 5-1. Authority of Inland Wetlands Commission.

Pursuant to P.A. 89-305 of the State of Connecticut, the Legislative Council of Newtown does hereby authorize the Newtown Inland Wetlands Commission to act as the Town's Aquifer Protection Agency (APA).
