§ 120-3. Authority to establish rules and regulations.

The Board of Selectmen is authorized to establish, promulgate and enforce such local rules, regulations and orders with respect to such period not inconsistent with the rules, regulations and orders referred to in § 120-1 hereof, as said Board shall deem necessary or appropriate to effect the spirit and intent of this chapter.
