§ 120-4. Penalties for offenses.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or any of the rules, regulations and orders referred to in §§ 120-1 and 120-3 hereof, or any person who shall fail or refuse to comply with any instructions lawfully given by any of the officers mentioned in § 120-2 hereof, or who shall interfere with any such officer in the performance of his duties, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100.
